Meeting Review Scope:
The initial meeting helps define the scope of work and timeline. We will discuss services needed, access, and review specific concerns.
Time Required: 5 minutes

Survey:
Visual walkthrough of office or warehouse to inventory items moving. This may be completed with or without supervision, if you have other pressing matters to attend to.
Time Required: 30 minutes

Process, Email Proposal:
KC Salley Relocation utilizes a proprietary software program expressly designed for pricing office/warehouse moves utilizing a tablet PC. The program allows the surveyor to compute number of truckloads, total labor and multiple labor stages in minutes.
Time Required: 15 minutes

On-site Review of Proposal:
Proposals are emailed at your office for immediate review. Each bid contains a detailed listing of services, inventory and actual charges.
Time Required: 10 minutes

Pre-Move Employee Meeting:

KC Salley Relocation will organize, teach and prepare your staff for the move. Your staff will have a comprehensive knowledge of what their responsibilities will be and what services KC Salley Relocation will perform.
Timeline: 4-5 Days Prior to Move Day

Relocation:
Moves typically take place after business hours and on weekends. Therefore, timing and proper evaluation of move labor are key to meeting customer expectations and to reducing downtime.
Timeline: 1-2 Days

Evaluation:
In the days following your move we will follow up with you to ensure you received the best service by our staff and crew by asking the simple question: “Would you recommend KC Salley Relocation to a friend? If Yes _ or No _ we want to know why!”
